From time to time you read here about the great new technology things that are happening in Central PA, but I wanted to take a time out and salute an industry where we really kick ass – pretzels.
Anne Beiler is the founder of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels (perhaps you’ve seen them in a food court near you). Ms. Beiler was recently inducted into the Central Penn Business Journal Hall of Fame, and this fascinating video was part of the project:

Pretty inspiring. My dream is that some day local tech entrepreneurs will be routinely inducted into the Hall of Fame. How long do you think that might take?
